U.S. District Court Judge James Bredar scheduled a Public Fairness Hearing on April 6th to determine if the the Consent Decree is “fair, adequate, and reasonable and is not illegal, the product of collusion, or against the public interest.” During the hearing, Baltimore residents will have an opportunity to give public comments. The comments will be on the record. Sign up starts at 9:00 am. Speakers will be called in the order they signed up and limited to 3 minutes.
